By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2024 05 2075 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being all of Unit 582 in Pine Mill Ridge Condominium Estates No. 3, Phase III and IV, as defined in the Declaration of Condominium Ownership as recorded in Volume 7234, Page 239, as amended of record and as shown on the Drawings of said Condominium recorded In Plat Cabinet B, Slide 367, as amended of record, all of Summit County, Ohio, together with the undivided percentage interest In the Common Areas and Facilities as defined in said Declaration, as amended of record, and the exclusive use of Garage G-582.

 

Property located at: 582 Meredith Lane, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Forty-four Thousand Dollars ($144,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
