Commencing at an iron pipe in the South line of City View Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 354 of the Summit County Records of Plats; said iron pipe is South 88 degrees 21 East 790.50 feet from an old stone found at the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of the said City View Allotment; thence South 0 degrees 22' West 465.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89' degrees 38' East 12 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 degrees 22' East, 140.68' feet to the center line of Wooster Avenue nka Vernon Odom Boulevard; thence North 65 degrees 19' East 273.04 feet to an angle in said Wooster Avenue nka Vernon Odom Boulevard; thence Northwesterly 30.05 feet to the angle point in the Northerly line of Wooster Avenue nka Vernon Odom Boulevard; thence South 65 degrees 19' West along the Northerly line of Wooster Avenue nka Vernon Odom Boulevard 81.70 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 19 degrees 38' West 90 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 65 degrees 33' East 54.85 feet to the centerline of 16 foot driveway; thence North 11 degrees 09' West along the centerline of said 16 foot drive 20.77 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 76 degrees 02' East 8 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 45 East 154.70 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of the Gem Allotment unrecorded; thence North 88 degrees 31 West along the South line of the said Gem Allotment 15.15 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 29 West along the West line of the said Gem Allotment 207.90 feet to the South line of said City View Allotment; thence North 88 degrees 21 West along the South line of said City View Allotment 180.50 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.404 acres of land including one-half of streets, as surveyed by Charles Fish, August 1941, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
