High Street, 1st Floor, Akron, OH 44308, being CV 2024 11 5217 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $33,336.28 plus interest at 3.875% per annum from February 1, 2024, plus a non-interest bearing deferred principal balance of $26,900.03, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 815 LONGVIEW AVENUE, AKRON, OH 44307 and being permanent parcel number 67-00648.

Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
